Monday's Music...Blast from the past!

Hi there! I wanted to share with you my excitement in the discovery of new music! My boyfriend recently came across some songs by Marshall Crenshaw a couple weeks ago and he shared them with me. It was a grey day in November with the last colorful leaves still on the trees and we had met for our usual Saturday putzing around. My boyfriend and I were in the car and he showed me the songs. It only took half of one listen before I was dancing around! The music made me feel good and that life was simple. The rockabilly undertones of Mr. Crenshaw's music give it this 1950's touch where you can't help but snap your fingers. I love when music can capture you like that! It was "Someday Someway", "There She Goes Again"and "Whenever You're on My Mind" that got my boyfriend and I all giddy. What a great moment that was! Definitely getting the album!
